Focus and Goal:
To see that members of the church are given care, attention, nurturance, and support, so that no one goes unnoticed, uncared for, or unloved.

Commitments:
An initial all-day training session. On-going monthly support and educational meetings. Pray regularly for your "flock" of 5 individuals or families. Have a monthly face-to-face contact with members of your flock or small group which you are responsible for. Be available in times of crisis or celebration. Be examples of Christ's love and friendship. Assist the pastors with communion, hospital visits, etc.
