Claiming Grace: Confirmation for Adults

Every time we offer confirmation for our young people, we have adults who say, “Goodness, I wish I could take a class like that!” Well, this year, you can! This fall, we are offering Claiming Grace, a class that will discuss the same subject matter as our youth confirmation class, but pitched to adults. We will join the youth on site visits to other places of worship.

This class is for you if:

• You are new to United Methodism and want a better understanding of our approach to faith.

• You have left a high-control religion that didn’t encourage questions, and now you have lots of questions.

• You’ve been part of the church for a long time, but have deeper questions that you’d like to discuss with other committed folks.
